Geometric Patterns

Geometric patterns are back and better than ever.

We’re all officially over the winter gloom and ready to welcome cheerful color into our homes. And what better way to do that than with bold geometric patterns?

This playful design trend brings energy and personality to any space with striking shapes and eye-catching motifs. Expect to see plenty of colorful checkerboards, bold stripes, and dotted carpets adding a lively touch to our interiors.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t always a fan of this trend, but it’s really starting to grow on me.

After years of neutral, beige-dominated spaces, it feels refreshing to add some statement-making style to our homes!

Pastel Colours

Pastel colours come into trend every summertime, and this year is no different.

From pastel coloured wallpapers to pastel cushions and furniture you really can’t escape this trend at this time of year and honestly, I’m here for it!

They’re easy to style and had a pop of colour to your home!

Coffee Colours

Although it may seem contradictory to what I just said about pastel colours,  latte and mocha interiors are also rising in popularity, and they actually pair beautifully with soft pastels.

Rich, coffee-toned hues will take center stage in homes this season as they create a chic atmosphere.

When accented with pops of color, these earthy shades come to life in the most stunning way.

Add plenty of greenery and plants, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for a stylish and inviting interior.

Integrated Outdoor Living

Spending more time outside and in nature will be a huge priority for many people this year.

This means conservatories and open structures with large windows are becoming more and more popular.

Expect to see lots of outdoor seating, including places to eat outside as well as lounge areas!

Colour Saturation

Bold saturated colours are making a huge comeback in 2025.

Expect colour-drenched rooms with a single colour in varying shades all throughout the room.

This is such a fun way to make a statement in the room and its looks very chic!

Eco-Friendly Living

Sustainability remains a major trend in interior design, and it’s only growing stronger as we head into summer. Many designers are prioritizing beautiful spaces that are both stylish and environmentally friendly.

Expect to see plenty of vegan fabrics, non-toxic materials, and eco-friendly products making their way into homes. Reusable and repairable pieces will also take center stage as they offer long-lasting, sustainable solutions that can be enjoyed all year round.

Vintage & Retro Influences

I feel like vintage and retro influences always comes around at this time of year and 2025 will be no different.

Expect to see vintage furniture, bold patterns and nostaligic decor items that infuse into our modern homes.

It’s going to be a lot of mixing the old with the new to create a unique style that we likely haven’t seen too much of before.
