Honestly, the colour that you add to your walls can make or break the rooms in your house.

Personally, I always love to opt for neutral calming colours as it makes my home feel calm and relaxed and if you’re the same, then you will love this blog post!

Today, I’m discussing my top neutral paint colours that look good in every room! Let’s get into it.

1. Wevet

The first paint colour is called Wevet and is a delicate white with a hint of grey.

It has a barely there and almost translucent feel to it that is perfect for a contemporary space or even to paint your ceiling!

Since the colour is so light, it can pair perfectly with deeper and richer interior finishes. So you can have WAY more fun with your home decor without worrying about it clashing - which is always a win, in my opinion!

2. Ammonite

The next neutral paint colour is described as a naturally understated grey and is actually named after the fossils found on the Dorset coast.

The great thing about this grey is it’s neither too warm nor too cool and the subtle tone of it creates a calming environment in any room that you use it in.

I really recommend this colour for hallways and living rooms!

3. Cornforth White

This paint colour is one shade lighter than the grey that we previously spoke about and is for those who are looking to lean more into a white tone.

This paint colour is extremely versatile and again, just creates a peaceful atmosphere in the room!

4. Blue Gray

I absolutely love this paint colour which is a cool blue grey.

This paint colour has a subtle mix of blue green and black that creates a really nice green blue shade.

You’ll even find that it shifts with the light with far more of the blue colour coming out during the day and much more of a grey tone appearing in the evenings.

Honestly I think this could look great in every room but I particularly like this shade for bathrooms and hallways.

5. Lime White

For those who just want to have a slight difference to your regular white, this chalky off-white takes the traditional neutral to a new level.

This white is created by adding small amounts of green pigment to create a slight lime effect.

Again, depending on the time of day, the paint will naturally shift from a brighter white to more of an understated green which adds such a cosy feel to your home!

6. Wimbourne White

Just a shade over from pure white, this white has the smallest amount of warm yellow pigment to create a versatile shade.

This is great if you don’t want to have a stark white interior and instead are looking for something a little softer.

7. Great White

This great white paint is not named after a shark but actually refers to how popular the colour is.

It has undertones of a very pale lilac which makes it perfect for children’s bedrooms and any neutral space in your home!

8. London Stone

I love this paint colour! It is a warm and timeless brown that looks good in every single room.

It has underlying Magenta tones and an unassuming stone colour which I think would look perfect with red-based decor.

This paint colour creates a peaceful notion but adds more character to your home than white and grey paint colours.
