Trade Program
The Boutique Handle Co
Interior designers, architects, carpenters, joiners and anyone specifying hardware for client projects. We welcome all types of trade partners and look forward to working with you!
What You Get:
• Generous discount on the full range RRP, as standard.
• Larger discounts considered on larger projects - just tell us the details.
• A dedicated point of contact for questions, quotes and design advice.
• Trade pricing visible in your basket before you check out, so you can quote with confidence.
• No minimum order - from a single sample to a full property, you have access to your discount via your unique code.
How It Works:
1. Apply via email: Please email us with your website link and request a trade application form. Then return our signed trade T&Cs to hello@boutiquehandleco.com. Digital signatures are absolutely fine.
2. Get set up: We'll issue you a unique trade code to apply to all of your orders.
3. Add it at checkout: Once added, the discount comes off automatically. You'll see your trade price in your basket, even if you're not ready to order.
Good To Know:
• Most products are made to order with a standard lead time of 2 weeks.
• Larger orders may take longer, depending on the complexity of the hardware and the quantity ordered.
• We're online only, but we're always happy to help by email with finishes, sizing or design advice.
• Samples: order a single item with your trade discount applied to check the finish in person and you return it within 14 days if it isn't right.
• Your code is yours for all future orders. We'll let you know if it needs to be renewed.
